About the role
SonSet Solutions is looking for a technical projects manager to lead engineering initiatives that bring technology for abundant life to under-resourced communities. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from scoping through field deployment
- Coordinate volunteers, staff engineers, and ministry partners
- Own project schedules, budgets, and risk tracking
- Document field outcomes and feed learning back into design
Qualifications
- Project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, or IT
- Ability to translate between technical teams and ministry partners
- Comfort with ambiguity and limited-resource environments
- Agreement with the SonSet Solutions statement of faith
