About the role
The Lausanne Movement is hiring a partner support specialist to strengthen relationships with partners activating the global Church toward the Great Commission. This remote role connects you with mission leaders across regions and networks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for regional and network partners
- Maintain partner records and follow-up rhythms across time zones
- Support regional gatherings and consultations from planning to follow-up
- Surface partner needs and opportunities to program leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in partner relations, account management, or mobilization
- Comfort working across cultures and time zones
- Excellent written communication in English; a second language is a plus
- Self-directed in a fully remote environment
