About the role
International Friendships, Inc. is seeking a staff care manager to support the wellbeing of a team serving international students across the U.S. You'll build care plans, coordinate resources, and be a steady presence for staff navigating cross-cultural ministry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and steward individual care plans across a distributed staff team
- Coordinate counseling, coaching, and debrief resources for staff and families
- Lead onboarding and re-entry conversations for field staff
- Track wellbeing trends and advise leadership on staff health
Qualifications
- Background in counseling, chaplaincy, human resources, or pastoral care
- Experience serving cross-cultural workers or their families
- Strong listening skills and sound judgment with confidential matters
- Willingness to travel roughly six weeks a year
Compensation and benefits
Salary commensurate with experience. Full benefits and sabbatical eligibility after four years.
