Responsibilities
- Set and carry out organizational strategy with the board
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and quality of care
- Steward the budget and diversify revenue
- Represent Valeo across the sending community and at conferences
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in a clinical, nonprofit, or mission setting
- Working knowledge of member care and cross-cultural worker health
- Board governance and fundraising experience
- A clear personal faith and alignment with Valeo's mission
Compensation and benefits
$120,000 – $150,000 depending on experience.
