International Friendships, Inc. is looking for a chief ministry officer to shape and oversee ministry strategy for their work welcoming international students. This remote-friendly role reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Own ministry strategy across all campus locations
- Lead and develop regional ministry directors
- Set discipleship and volunteer training standards
- Partner with the CEO on organizational priorities
Qualifications
- Senior ministry leadership experience with multi-site oversight
- Track record developing leaders of leaders
- Cross-cultural ministry experience, ideally with students
- Alignment with the IFI statement of faith
