Director of Recruitment

The Director of Recruitment provides strategic leadership and active coaching to the Recruitment team, advancing the mobilization of long-term missionaries, stateside ministry workers, and operational staff to achieve East-West’s ministry goals. Moving beyond traditional recruitment to a Kingdom-focused mobilization posture, this role is responsible for expanding proactive, innovative sourcing strategies—actively discovering, screening, and interviewing with a discipleship posture, and deploying passionate believers into their unique roles in the Great Commission.
